BEVO Bar + Pizzeria, 410 Saint-Vincent

The perfectly named BEVO Bar + Pizzeria offers traditional Italian cuisine and chef Giovanni Vella’s specialty is… pizza! The pizzas are freshly cooked in the woodstove. Bevo has a great selection of thin crust pizzas with meat, like the Cotto E Bocconcini (tomato sauce, prosciutto cotto, portobello mushrooms, mozzarella, and bocconcini), or without meat, such as the Giardano (tomato sauce, mozzarella, artichokes, spinach, fresh tomatoes, and eggplant). And those are just a couple examples! You may also personalize your pizza with different toppings, like eggs and anchovies, or extra cheese. Buon appetito!

Comptoir 400, 400 Place Jacques-Cartier

Situated in the same building as the well-reputed restaurant Chez Queux, serving the community for more than 40 years, Comptoir 400 follows the tradition of quality by proposing simple and savoury dishes. All of the dishes, their famous pizzas included, are prepared daily with care and always with fresh local and Italian products. Pizza is Comptoir 400’s specialty of course, and the pizzas on their menu are named after different places, like the New York, or after people, like the Stefano and the Carolina. But our favorite, hands down, is the Old Port. 😊 If you find you still have room for some dessert, why not keep the theme going and try out their Nutella pizza? It’s good to the very last crumb!

Pizzéria No.900, 444 McGill

No.900 has made it their mission to elevate the neapolitan savoir-faire, and in order to do this, their pizzaioli (chefs specialized in pizza creation) are trained to the highest standards of certification by Verace Pizza Napolitana, an association – with disciplinary and applicatory regulations – for the protection and evaluation of pizza produced and processed in the ancient neapolitan tradition and custom. Therefore, the pizza from No. 900 is prepared according to the rules of the art and is cooked at 900°F (hence the restaurant’s name). Their fine fleur de sel Mozzarella flour, an ingredient unique to their establishment, gives their pizza a particular taste that will have you coming back again and again. For a true neapolitan pizza, this is your place!

At Slice & Soda, come enjoy one (or two!) New York-style pizza slices (their specialty) any day of the week between 11 a.m. and 9 p.m. They also offer vegetarian options that are as tasty as you could ever hope for. And once you’re in Slice and Soda, you should absolutely treat yourself to one of their organic sodas; there’s a taste out there for everyone! Set up in Old Montreal since 2016, Pizzeria Bros offers thin crust pizzas made with quality ingredients. Their goal: to satisfy your hunger all while saving you time! Choose from their huge selection of signature pizzas. When we walk in here, our main struggle is choosing between the Pompeii (aglio e olio, sun-dried tomatoes, goat cheese, artichokes, arugula, and a balsamic reduction), and the Notre-Dame (smoked ham, red peppers, onions, and feta), but you also have the ability to create your own pizza! And vegans won’t be let down by the Vegan (tomato sauce, spinach, artichokes, eggplant, cherry tomatoes, Beyond Meat® and vegan cheese). All of Pizzeria Bros’ pizza are cooked in a high-temperature oven, giving their food a certain something that will keep bringing you back in! Here, quality and speed are one and the same!
