4 Brunches to try out in Old Montreal during MTL à TABLE

From October 29 to November 8, MTL à TABLE will take place in full stride for its 4th edition. Table d’hôte style menus priced at $21, $31, and $41 will be served in countless restaurants across the city. Even better: Almost forty participating restaurants are located in Old Montreal!

As it is fueled by innovation, this year’s festival includes a Brunch formula. For the benefit of snoozers everywhere, we have concocted a list of great places to brunch at. This new addition to the festival offers 21$ “morning” delights.

L’Autre Version

L’Autre Version offers you a two-course brunch, including mimosas. This menu preview will definitely make your mouth water: a buckwheat crepe, braised duck, Benedictine, house salmon gravlax and French toast. All available from November 1 to 8.

Tapas24 SnackBar is a new addition to the neighborhood. It recreates the ambiance of Spanish social clubs, allowing clients to enjoy a warm, comfortable, gastronomical experience. Get the most out of brunch on October 31, and November 1, 7 and 8 at Tapas24 SnackBar. This restaurant offers you a three-course formula, ending with a delicious Spanish desert: Churros fried with Dulce de leche. Oh yes, you read that well: it will be utter bliss.

With an attire inspired by New York bistros, this restaurant offers you French cuisine, done the Quebecois way. At Vallier, Bistro et comptoir, you can feast upon, among other options: French toast, croque madame, and eggs Benedictine. Both MTL à TABLE weekends (October 31, and November 1; November 7 and 8) are excellent opportunities to discover or rediscover Vallier, Bistro et comptoir.
