Yayoi Kusama: DANCING LIGHTS THAT FLEW UP TO THE UNIVERSE

Yayoi Kusama: DANCING LIGHTS THAT FLEW UP TO THE UNIVERSE

06.07.2022 – 15.01.2023

Discover Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama through her first major exposition in Quebec, put on by the PHI Foundation. This 93 year old woman is one of the most popular living contemporary artists today. Her multimedia works reflect her interests marked by the cosmic universe and the place of the humans that live within it.

During this exhibit, you will see mirrored observation rooms showing DANCING LIGHTS THAT FLEW UP TO THE UNIVERSE (A ballet of lights floating skyward), among other interesting curiosities. This immersive work will plunge you into a luminous show as suspended lanterns blink and extinguish abruptly.

Entry to this exhibit is free, but reserving a time slot is required. All you have to do is register on their website to stay informed as to when tickets become available.
