MOMENTA x FONDATION PHI: Abbas Akhavan and Jamilah Sabur

For its 17th edition titled Sensing Nature (Quand la nature ressent in French), MOMENTA Biennale de l’image and the Phi Foundation got together for a special exhibition.

From September 9 to January 9, 2022, don’t miss the exhibition MOMENTA x FONDATION PHI: Abbas Akhavan and Jamilah Sabur at the Phi Foundation.

Showcasing the solo exhibitions of Abbas Akhavan and Jamilah Sabur, you will find artworks inspired by nature that invites us to consider environmental justice and its intersections with social justice as a matter of sensing and feeling as much as of analysis and grassroots activism.

This edition of the biennale is curated by Stefanie Hessler in collaboration with Camille Georgeson-Usher, Maude Johnson, and Himali Singh Soin.
