La Semaine de la pizza

Pizza Week is back across the country and is making a stop in Old Montreal to the delight of foodies. Participating restaurants will present a limited edition pizza, designed specifically for the event and you can vote for your favorites.

Pizzeria Bros will be offering the Prosciutto Crudo pizza made with aglio e olio, mozzarella, fior di latte, arugula, walnuts, prosciutto and honey.

Pizzéria No. 900 serves you the Charlevoix pizza made with organic meats from Charlevoix, tomato sauce, pancetta, ventricina, onions, fior di latte, nduja, pecorino romano, black pepper.
