The House of Murmurations

Enjoy a multisensory experience with the public activation project The House of Murmurations.

Light, sound and movement blend together to highlight the architectural features of this location, site of the future PHI Contemporary project. This installation aims to celebrate the current buildings by "sustaining the memories housed within its walls while signalling its change and transformation."

In addition to the outdoor experience, you can enter the building to visit The Nest. This space gives you access to the interior of the building and will carry you through the sounds of the migratory birdlife of the Old Port that inspired the poetic language of this installation. This additional visit is accessible until October 31, 2022 between 4:00 pm and 10:00 pm from Thursday to Sunday.

PHI Contemporary is a new space for art and culture that will bring together under the same roof all of PHI's public cultural offerings, which are currently divided between the PHI Foundation and the PHI Centre.
