2 March 2024 to 9 March 2024

What will 2024 look like from... 3024? In this reverse exploration, children are invited to put themselves in the shoes of archaeologists studying 20th-century artifacts to understand this era…

Thanks to this fun and educational program at the Marguerite-Bourgeoys Historic Site, guides lead an excavation workshop in bins filled with 20th-century artifacts to provide an overview of the archaeologist's profession. The activity concludes with a visit to the archaeological site where the work of archaeologists has revealed the remains of Montreal's first stone chapel.

Good to know: Free for children aged 12 and under. Children must be accompanied by an adult. March 2, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, 2024 at 1 pm, 2 pm, 3 pm and 4 pm.
