Around the Fireplace…Holiday Traditions

Château Ramezay invites you to come and revive the Christmas traditions with Around the Fireplace...Holiday Traditions!

During this activity, gather around the fireplaces of the Château Ramezay to discover the many traditions that have been perpetuated through the years: greeting cards, Christmas stockings and even the Advent calendar! You will see that there is a lot to learn around the fireplaces. During your visit, children will receive a free booklet with old-fashioned objects to look for and clues to find to entertain them.

Children will even have the opportunity to hang a Christmas stocking for $10 in one of the Château's fireplaces, a unique experience! They can come back after New Year's Day to pick it up and if they've been good, Santa may have put something in it.
