About Marieve:

She loves eating at high-end restaurants and drinking Champagne.

So Marieve, what are your favorite places?

Olive & Gourmando:

They have quite simply the best vegetarian sandwich in the history of vegetarianism, a #todiefor espresso brownie and a delicious Mac and Cheese with truffles, mushrooms and caramelized onions.

Holder:

Their breathtaking Sunday brunch includes poached eggs which are reminiscent of the famous Café de Flore. The service is always impeccable. Whether you’re going there for a date, for a supper with friends or a business supper, you will enjoy a blissful dining experience.

P.S.: Order ze tartare.

Flyjin Café:

Though it is small and rather hidden, the baristas there are always friendly and they use what is considered to be the best espresso machine in the world. Flyjin Café is definitely my favorite place to start the day!

About Pascal:

As a 31-year-old young dynamic entrepreneur, he loves taking on new challenges and meeting cool people.

So Pascal, where do you like to go out in Old Montreal?

Bota Bota

Bota Bota is my favorite place to go for some well-deserved R&R. It’s not too far away from work and I love the beautiful view on Old Montreal that it provides.

Flyjin

From a nightlife perspective, Flyjin is my top spot for a night out. It’s elegant, the people are fun and the music is always great. Party on!

Montreal Brewing Co.

Though I may be tooting my own horn, I do really love the Brewing Co. for our beautiful terrace during the summer. The beer is divine and I know everyone (my second family).

#feelslikehome.

Élisabeth Gamache – Director of corporate development at ŌGYM

About Élisabeth:

She is truly the best gym buddy as she is teeming with energy and always encouraging her teammates.

So Élisabeth, what places would you recommend?

Bar à beurre

I love Bar à Beurre for their delicious min-lunches. Plus, it’s right in front of the gym! When we go there for lunch, we always take photos of our choices to send to our #foodie office colleagues.

Dépanneur Le Quartier

This dep is directly adjacent to the gym and always plays great Latin music. I go there for their delicious soup and sandwiches and then I eat my meal in the neighbouring park. Goodbye cold, hello sun!

Les 3 brasseurs

This place hosts casual 5 à 7’s with adequately priced alcohol which you can enjoy on their beautiful terrace which overlooks Saint-Paul Street. It’s the perfect place to spend some quality time with friends.
