Entraînement U.N.I Old Montreal promises to help you find the kind of exercise that works best for you. On site, a team of professionals are primed to help you improve your general health through more than just physical activity. They also offer osteopathy and physiotherapy help, private coaching, and nutritional consultations, among other services.

Great news for our Gens du Vieux: in September, Entraînement U.N.I is offering a 25% discount on an annual memberships for those who work or live within 1km of the city’s centre. Gens du Vieux also have access to a free week-long trial membership if you walk in to the gym before September 25th. These two promotions may be combined.

The aptly-named Ô Gym wants to help you reach the goals you’ve set for yourself. To do this, they offer you a certified personal trainer when you sign up for the Complete or Plus membership. FLEXIBILITY AND STRENGTH UNDER ONE ROOF

Reopened since September 14th, Yoga Vieux-Montréal offers yoga classes for all levels, from beginner to experienced yogis. You must reserve your spot online or through their (free) app. If you want to pick your yoga practice back up, or maybe initiate yourself in this discipline, Yoga Vieux-Montréal is offering the “New Yogi” promo, which includes 30 days of unlimited access to classes for only $75. And during the month of October, in their new and absolutely stunning LOFT studio, they will be holding beginner and floating (reparative) aerial yoga courses. Pretty tempting, huh?
