Midsummer - Célébration de l’été

To celebrate the arrival of summer the Pointe-à-Callière Museum welcomes you to attend a free, event for the season honouring Scandinavian traditions. From 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., celebrate with the Vikings in the pedestrian zone in front of the museum.

You will get the special chance to enjoy the VIKINGS – Dragons des mers du Nord exhibit until 7 p.m., to hear traditional scandinavian music, and to eat and drink some refreshments. You can even take home a precious souvenir with the nearby on-site photo booth.

Finish your summer solstice celebration by taking on the Desjardins team challenge. You can initiate yourself in the ways of Viking navigation to move a marble through a maze and to its final destination.

This event is presented in partnership with the Old Montreal SDC and the FIKA(S) Nordic Festival and the Borough of Ville-Marie.
