Martinique gourmande

Taste the delights of Martinique at the "Martinique gourmande" culinary festival, back for its 16th edition under the theme of Tradition and Innovation!

Two Old Montréal establishments are taking part in this culinary festival:

Ca Lem offers a selection of ice creams in Martinique flavors: mango, passion fruit, lemon, lime and mint, as well as ice creams made from coconut milk: orange-coconut and lime-coconut.

Ateliers & Saveurs takes you on a trip to the Caribbean with a Martinique cocktail workshop. You'll learn how to make three cocktails (créole rose, apéro sur la plage and lemon and the citrus), accompanied by three surprise tapas concocted by the chef.
