Holiday activities at Château Ramezay

Château Ramezay is transformed this winter with sumptuous decorations and a festive program to delight the whole family.

It's an invitation for the whole family to delve into the origins of holiday traditions with : Around the Fireplace...Holiday Traditions! Until January 7, 2024, the fireplace mantels at Château Ramezay will be decorated to illustrate a specific theme. Each mantel will feature a holiday tradition: greeting cards, stockings, Advent calendars and more. Plus, Château Ramezay is offering a unique experience in Montreal: hang a Christmas stocking from one of its hearths, then come back to pick it up after New Year's Day. Santa Claus is sure to have left a little surprise!

And that's not all: to keep the youngest visitors entertained, a free tour booklet is available on arrival at the Museum. They'll be captivated throughout the visit by the hunt for curiosities from the past, the quest for information and fun discussion prompts. For the creative minds, it's also possible to create a greeting card on-site.
