Pasta Fest

Take part in the biggest celebration of pasta in the whole Montreal region! More than thirty businesses are participating to show you some of their best pasta dishes, four of which are Old Montreal restaurants: Stellina, Le Polisson, JACOPO, and Trattoria Gio.

And for this occasion one dish will be selected as winner in a friendly competition between the restaurants. This year’s challenge: carbonara. Each will cook their version of it, and their dish will be judged by three industry personalities.
