Historical Demonstrations

Come and meet history!

Are you a history buff, a visitor or simply curious? The free historical demonstrations offered by Les Anciennes troupes militaires de Montréal are for you!

Come and see their blank shooting demonstrations, where you'll see how 18th-century soldiers reload a flintlock musket or discover the various Scottish dances and music of that time.

Demonstrations will take place:

• Wednesday through Sunday at 11 a.m., near the Montreal Ferris Wheel

• Wednesday to Friday at 2:30 pm, at Place Royale

• Saturday to Sunday at 2:30 p.m., at the pond of the Parc linéaire de la Commune
