From December 29 to 31, experience winter like never before at Jacques-Cartier Place with SOUS ZÉRO, a free music festival presented by Aire Commune. Then, on December 31, IGLOO NEW YEAR’S EVE by Igloofest will take over the Jacques-Cartier Quay, turning it into an electrifying celebration to welcome 2025.
