It's the return of one of the favorite moments of most students: spring break. With many museums and restaurants, Old Montreal is the perfect place for young and old to have a memorable time during this week.

Activities for youngest

Marguerite Bourgeoys Historic Site - May the science be with you!

An activity designed for those who are interested in science. Discover laboratory instruments and a presentation of physical and biological phenomena.

Good to know: this activity is intended for children aged 8 and up.

Pointe-à-Callière Museum - various free shows

From February 25 to March 4, the Museum is offering a number of free activities every day from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in front of the Museum and in Place Royale inspired by the exhibition Headdresses from Around the World, The Antoine de Galbert Collection.

Good to know: You can also take a rally to discover works created by local children.

Patinoire du Vieux-Port - Give a few skates in the city

There's no denying that the skating rink in the Old Port offers a magnificent view next to the Ferris wheel. It's the perfect place to skate and enjoy winter in Montreal and you have until March 5th to try it out! Don't forget to reserve your tickets.

Château Ramezay - Baking Workshop

Churn butter, add leaven and flour to enjoy a delicious family snack. After this tasting, put on the costumes and take a picture of yourself in front of landscapes of New France. Fun and laughter guaranteed!

Good to know : No reservation is required, just show up at the Museum.

Science Centre - Dinosaurs Around the World

If you haven't yet had the opportunity to see the impressive dinosaur exhibit, you have until March 12 to do so. Witness the evolution of hundreds of species and see twenty life-size dinosaurs that move and make sounds!

Foodies beware, a dozen restaurants and hotels in Old Montreal are opening their doors to offer you a unique experience with international and local chefs and producers in the form of exclusive collaborations, culinary discoveries and educational workshops.

A/Maze - escape for a game

The indoor escape room Tesla's Enigmas will allow you to solve the mystery of Nikola Tesla. Will you be able to find out what's going on with his machines? Don't forget to reserve your experience and enjoy a cocktail made to suit your taste after your game.
