5 August 2026 to 28 August 2026

For the very first time, the world of Les Chroniques du Vieux steps off the screen and comes to life in the real world! This summer, immerse yourself in this captivating project with a one-of-a-kind guided tour through the Bonsecours area, in the eastern part of Old Montréal.

Accompanied by certified guides Pierre and Sarah, explore the Bonsecours area through its cobblestone streets, remarkable heritage, and the fascinating stories that have shaped this iconic area of Old Montréal.

Follow your guide on an immersive walking tour filled with captivating anecdotes, must-see landmarks, and hidden gems, offering a fresh perspective on one of the city's most historic neighbourhoods.

Guided tours take place from August 5 to 28, every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, with departures at 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. Each tour lasts approximately 90 minutes. Please note that this activity is only available in French.

Pierre's tours are offered on August 5, 7, 13, 19, 21, and 27, departing from Château Ramezay. Sarah's tours take place on August 6, 12, 14, 20, 26, and 28, departing from Bonsecours Market.

Tours take place rain or shine. Participants are encouraged to wear weather-appropriate clothing and comfortable walking shoes suitable for Old Montréal's cobblestone streets.

The second edition of Les Chroniques du Vieux, offered in both digital and on-site formats, is an initiative presented as part of the Programme d’interventions ciblées de la SDC Vieux-Montréal. Made possible through financial support from the City of Montréal, the project aims to enhance the attractiveness of the Bonsecours sector.
