FamilySundaysonthePointe
From July 12 to August 23, 2026, Family Sundays on the Pointe invite visitors of all ages to enjoy an afternoon of free activities in the heart of Old Montréal. Held outdoors at Pointe-à-Callière, in the pedestrian zone of Place Royale, this summer event features a fun and engaging cultural program inspired by the exhibition Hereos of Greece. The Age of Troy and the 325th anniversary of the Great Peace of Montréal.
Every Sunday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., families are invited to take part in a wide variety of activities celebrating myths, legends, and cultural heritage. Storytelling sessions, creative workshops, music, dance, and interactive activities offer children and adults alike the opportunity to explore history in a fun, hands-on way.
Throughout the summer, the program is further enriched through special collaborations with the Canadian Stone Carving Festival and the Montréal Fire Department, creating even more opportunities to learn, create, and have fun together.
