At STILLIFE, they not only wish to build a bar, but construct the ideology that life in and of itself should be not only lived but enjoyed. They focus on low waste, multiple use ingredients, locality and the transformation of ingredients from ordinary to inconceivable will change the way people imbibe. They represent movement, and just like the small bubbles that form during the early stages of fermentation they hope to soon cover the entire canvas of which is life.
