Loïc Fortin has opened La Gargamelle at the same location as L'infâme Tittle Tattle Bar. The focus is on creating a highly creative menu while minimizing waste.

On the food front, between the truffle and ricotta berlingots, marinated artichokes and kombu dashi, or the pan-seared scallops, grapefruit oil, macadamia nut espuma on a pea purée topped with a quinoa tuile, to name but a few, we're off on a gourmet exploration. Top it all off with a matching cocktail such as a gin martini with coconut oil, coriander and oyster water, or grappa with basil butter and tomato water, or a carefully chosen sake. In short, drinking and eating go wonderfully well together.

Thursday to Saturday, 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
