To crown it all, the program’s flagship event, by Igloofest, will take place on the Jacques-Cartier Quay on December 31. Free concerts from 8 PM to 2 AM, a multimedia performance and spectacular fireworks before midnight are what’s in store. A happy New Year ‘twill be indeed!
