28 February 2026 to 8 March 2026

During spring break, families are invited to dive into the history of Ville-Marie alongside Capucine and Églantine, two mischievous mice who arrived in Montréal with Marguerite Bourgeoys in 1653. Through games, riddles, and challenges, children discover two iconic sites in Old Montréal and its surroundings, while having plenty of fun.

At Maison Saint-Gabriel, Capucine has made herself at home… and loves to move objects around the house! Young visitors will need sharp observation skills to put each item back in its proper room. Meanwhile, Églantine stayed close to where she disembarked from the boat. She welcomes families at the Historic Site Marguerite-Bourgeoys, where she challenges them with riddles to solve in the chapel and the museum.

From February 28 to March 8, 2026, Capucine and Églantine invite children and adults alike to play, think, and explore their world, on their own or together. A fun and educational activity, perfect for experiencing spring break differently, at the heart of Montréal’s history.
