Banquet: An Interactive Exhibition at Science Centre

With its Banquet exhibition, the Montreal Science Centre once again demonstrates that science is a part of our everyday lives and can be discovered one bite at a time through a multi-sensory, interactive, and user-friendly experience.

On this tour, there are five zones to explore, where visitors have to get their hands dirty and their mouths watering.

• The Kitchen: (re)discover the basics of cooking, with tips and tricks that are sure to come in handy!

• The Appetizer: colours, smells, textures, experience the influence of your senses as you eat.

• The Banquet: test your knowledge!

• The Show: stand in awe of the work created by chefs to retrace the history of food!

• The Educational Workshop: enter the culinary and scientific laboratory for a bit of chemistry and a whole lot of fun.

The exhibition is a U.S. premiere and has already made a name for itself in Paris, so of course, for foodies, Montreal was the perfect destination for Banquet!
