PHI Contemporain

Art & culture

PHI Contemporary is a new space for art and culture that will bring together in one location PHI's public cultural offer, currently distributed between the PHI Foundation and the PHI Center.

The institution will open in 2026 and will house both exhibition spaces and a generous public domain. The goal of the space is to allow visitors "to engage with PHI’s multi-dimensional presentation of art, discourse and creative practices".

PHI Contemporary will be located at the intersection of Bonsecours and Saint-Paul East in a new space that will bring together four transformed heritage buildings and an adjacent lot. The Berlin-based architectural practice Kuehn Malvezzi and Montreal-based firm Pelletier de Fontenay were selected through a competition to design the new cultural space.

Schedules and more details can be found directly on the company's website.
