To add to the open-air winter conviviality aspect, and as a complement to the project, outdoor fireplaces are put into operation as of January 9 in the Place Jacques-Cartier winter rest area. These are up and running between 3 PM and 8 PM, from Thursday to Sunday inclusive, until March 16. Visitors are thus invited to relax and bask in the warmth of an enchanting and highly convivial illuminated site.

 

The Ville-Marie borough and the SDC Vieux-Montréal are proud partners of the 2024 Winter Rest Areas project - including the outdoor fireplaces.
