Expo World Press Photo Montréal

Visit Bonsecours Market to see the 15th running of the Montreal Photo Expo which needs no further introduction: the World Press Photo Expo. This event showing off press photos from around the world is stopping in Old Montreal in late summer after two years of absence.

The photos present have been selected by a jury from 64,823 photos submitted by 4,066 photographers from 130 different countries. You will be awash with a range of emotions as you relive events that mark international news events during the year of 2021.

You can visit the exhibit every day from August 31st to October 2nd, Sundays to Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Thursdays to Saturdays from 10 a.m. to midnight.

You will also have the chance to attend a mini-exposition highlighting the work of a photojournalist that has been nominated in the prestigious World Press Photo competition. This expo is located on de la Commune Street, West of McGill Street.
