Open for ten years, Vallier Bistro got a facelift in 2016 with a menu redesigned from the ground up but retaining its same classics, like the famous mac n' cheese and shepherd's pie. In addition, local products are featured both on the plate and in the glass with a wide selection of Quebec beers, wines and spirits, but also several cocktails signed by Vallier made with local products. At Vallier, it's unpretentious. It's like eating at grandma's house: comfort food in a relaxed and lively atmosphere.
